The room was spacious and provided adequate amenities.
The check-in process experienced significant delays. I waited approximately three hours for my room to become available. The hotel's suitability for certain groups is questionable, and the pool's cleanliness was subpar.

smoke smell deeper clean
The hotel provides a free boat shuttle. This is very useful for accessing transportation.
My room smelled of smoke each time I entered, despite it being designated as non-smoking. The smell lessened once I was inside the room, but it was still noticeable upon entry. A deeper clean is needed.

superb stay riverside
river view shuttle boat breakfast buffet executive lounge
i appreciated the river view from the executive room and the executive lounge access. the free shuttle boat to the bts station was helpful and convenient. the breakfast buffet featured many selections, i thought it was tasty. the staff was polite and efficient. the pool was big and a pleasant area to be in
the room decor was somewhat dated, i noticed this in the bathroom fixtures.

the executive king suite terrace included a very large bed and a private terrace. the bathroom provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. there was adequate wardrobe space for clothing.
